Proenza Schouler’s Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez continue to raise the bar for New York Fashion Week.
While last season was edgy and futuristic, this time the label was classic and couture-like. But originality is always key, and this design team rarely disappoints. Woven leathers created a tweedy effect, while feathered skirts and laser-cut embroidery in intricate patterns maintained a muted black-and-white palette.
The footwear took a softer, more sophisticated turn as well, with curved-heel pumps featuring feminine leather ties and laser-cut leather in organic shapes.
