Some are rolling out concept areas and capsule shows dedicated to hot categories such as running and men’s contemporary, while others are expanding seminar programs and revamping their websites.

Agenda sets up shop in Las Vegas for the first time in August. The show is joining forces with the Capsule, MRkt, Liberty, AccessoriesTheShow and Stitch events to present under one roof as the “Modern Assembly,” with more than 2,500 apparel and accessories labels. The Long Beach event marks the launch of Agenda Emerge, a brand-building conference featuring guest speakers Marc Ecko, Bobby Hundreds and Jeff Staple.

The Micam’s upcoming Milan event will include more than 1,500 exhibitors. It also will spotlight rising talent through a collaboration with Rolling Stone, which will set up a stand in Hall 10 to showcase hot shoes from the show, host live DJ sets and unveil the “Foot Rocker” young designers competition winner. And the kids’ section will reveal updated signage, as well as several special events. The Shanghai show returns in mid-October with more than 250 brands from 16 countries, and a small Moscow show is slated for Oct. 15-18.
