Frederick Bloom, former executive secretary at the Two Ten Footwear Foundation, died on Oct. 31. He was 95.
Bloom was the past recipient of the A.A. Bloom Award, which was named in honor of his father, Abe Bloom. One of his major accomplishments at the organization included the inception of the Two Ten scholarship program in 1969.
Prior to joining Two Ten, Bloom served in the signal corps during World War II.
He is survived by wife Edith, three children and one grandchild.
