Two British masters have just paired up.
Bootmaker John Lobb and designer Paul Smith have collaborated on three special-edition shoes, which made their debut Sunday in Smith’s Paris runway show.
For his part, Smith added a touch of color to three of John Lobb’s contemporary styles. The Westbourne oxford comes in calf leather in green, blue, purple and gray. The Willoughby derby is offered in green, blue, purple and gray suede. And the Lucca loafer is available in lightweight full-grain calf suede in brown, gray, red and blue.
The shoes will be sold worldwide in John Lobb stores and select Paul Smith shops, starting from Sept. 1. Prices have not yet been announced.
