Geometry is Bruno Frisoni’s best subject. This season, the designer incorporated graphic pops of color, African-inspired prints and even denim into Roger Vivier’s sleek, geometric silhouettes. This style — admittedly one of Frisoni’s favorites — combines prism-like stitching with a lacquered yellow heel on a classic Vivier T-strap. “It reminds me of cracks in the Earth,” said Frisoni at the fashion house’s Paris presentation. “I was working with geometric shapes and playing with strong colors.” Overall, this Roger Vivier sandal makes a bold color-blocked statement for spring ’12.
