FitFlop is beefing up its executive ranks.
The London-based brand has named Suzie de Rohan Willner as CEO, a new position for the company. Founder and Creative Director Marcia Kilgore announced the move, effective immediately, late last week.
“We looked at the exponential growth of our business, our relative newness to the industry, the huge opportunities and challenges ahead, and the need to manage our growth with a respect for the long term brand equity, and it became clear that we needed a leader with brand-building experience,” Kilgore said. “Suzie has the right experience, the right personality and passion for industry, and fit into the role perfectly.”
Kilgore said that she will continue to be heavily involved in the brand, with a particular focus on marketing and public relations.
De Rohan Willner started her career at Timberland and also has held positions at Dockers and Levi Strauss. She was most recently the director of global merchandising retail for Puma and the head of its international headquarters in London.
