On Tuesday evening, George Clooney’s attorney wife wore a red-and-white Giambattista Valli floral dress with Christian Dior metallic pumps to the premiere of her husband’s latest film, “Hail, Caesar!” And she stole the show.
The Giambattista Valli frock was similar to the dress she wore in Venice, Italy, after her 2014 wedding.
The stylish human-rights lawyer has had plenty of memorable shoe moments: Last fall, she wore a Roland Mouret pink shift dress with gold Jimmy Choo Ari pumps to accompany her husband to the “Our Brand Is Crisis” premiere, on which he served as a producer. Earlier, she wore Choo’s Marcine color-block pumps.
At last year’s Golden Globes, Clooney was at her husband’s side, decked out in a sleek black one-shoulder creation by Dior, with the designer’s footwear as well.
Other couples in attendance on Tuesday included Josh Brolin and Kathryn Boyd, and Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum.
At the event, George Clooney told Variety that he found it refreshing that the Coen Brothers’ movie was set in the 1950s.
“Hail, Caesar!” is Clooney’s fourth movie with Joel and Ethan Coen. The actor also starred in “O Brother, Where Art Thou?,” “Intolerable Cruelty” and “Burn After Reading.”
