Ayesha Curry Debuts Limited-Edition Shoes With This Kids’ Line

Ayesha Curry has teamed up with Freshly Picked again — this time for a special holiday collection.

Curry, the wife of NBA star Stephen Curry, created three limited-edition leather moccasins for babies that are available for $60 exclusively through the Utah-based brand’s website, Freshlypicked.com.

The Geo Rose style features a suede material, detailed with an art deco-inspired pattern and rose-gold foil accents.

Designed for both boys and girls, the Glitz & Glam shoe is decorated with a classic black-and-sliver chevron print.

The Holographic style, meanwhile, turns up the shine with a foil dot pattern stamped on a sparkly metallic leather.

A mother of two young girls, Curry said her designs are inspired by the excitement and wonder of the holiday season. “I wanted to create something magical and colorful,” she explained. “[I love] how well each style goes with any outfit and captures the playfulness and fun of childhood.”

She added that she hopes the shoes help families create special holiday memories. “One reason I am excited about teaming up with Freshly Picked is because of how your baby’s first shoes become an important memory maker. I’m excited that my collection will be part of every step of your little one’s first holiday.”

This is the second collaboration that Curry has done with Freshly Picked. The first, inspired by her love of food and basketball, debuted in June and was hugely successful, according to the brand.

Curry also been busy with a number of other projects recently, including the launch of her first cookbook, “The Seasoned Life,” and the premiere of her new Food Network show, “Ayesha’s Homemade.”

“It can be tough to balance the demands of motherhood and entrepreneurship, but I love setting an example for my daughters of what can happen when you pursue your dreams,” she said. “[That’s why] I love Freshly Picked: the company was started by a mom.”
