At a press event Monday night, the brand debuted its spring ’16 iteration of the innovative update to its iconic Chuck Taylor All Star franchise, the Chuck II Reflective Print.
“When creating the latest version of our successful Chuck II sneaker, we were inspired by our consumers and being able to further enhance their creative and active lifestyles,” said Ryan Case, product director at Converse, in a statement.
“With the Chuck II Reflective Print, we’ve given our consumers a sneaker that provokes personal style while enhancing visibility in low light, enabling them to do more of what they enjoy throughout the day or night.”
The shoe’s upper features reimagined versions of the brand’s classic Camouflage and Stars prints on both the high-top and oxford silhouettes. The shoe boasts all the same structural features that were involved in the shoe’s redesign, including the Nike Lunarlon sock liner, non-slip padded tongue and micro-suede lining. They also feature the same visual updates, including the fully embroidered All Star ankle patch, high foxing and monochrome matte eyelets.

The Camouflage print will be available starting Thursday, with the Stars print hitting stores in April. The shoes will retail for $80-$85.
