Converse has come up with an answer for those unexpected rainstorms that can leave you soaked and with a puddle in your shoes.
The brand has unveiled its Counter Climate Shield Canvas Collection, designed to protect wearers against inclement weather. The shoes have been treated with a water repellant, and the gusseted tongue adds even more protection. The heel and laces have reflective elements for visibility in low light.

The collection includes some of Converse’s most popular styles, including the Chuck Taylor All Star II, the Cons One Star and the Jack Purcell Signature. The Chuck Taylor All Star II is offered in a wide range of colorways in both high-tops and low-tops. The Chuck Taylor All Star Selene includes an internal wedge for a bit of lift and a mod look.

Prices range from $45 to $55 for kids’ styles and $75 to $115 for men’s and women’s styles.
