The Best Street Style From Paris Fashion Week Fall 2016

With the Paris fashion week fall ’16 shows in full swing, it’s time to take a look at the standout street style. The last city of fashion month offered boots aplenty — metallic and patent Chelsea boot, yes please — and a strong sneaker scene.

Designer styles we spotted immediately include Chanel’s patent thigh-highs with chain embellishment, from its fall ’13 collection. We also noticed Proenza Schouler’s low-heeled mules from its spring ’16 show.

On the sneaker front, we spotted pale pink low-top courts and black and white spotted slip-ons. Retro runners and classic styles, like the Vans Sk8-Hi or Converse Chuck Taylor, made an appearance as well.

Stylish gents also put their best feet forward this week. We saw laceless dress shoes — a major trend for the upcoming season — as well as embossed snakeskin lace-ups. And yes, Kanye West was even spotted in the hottest shoe of the moment: his own Yeezy Boost sneakers.
