Jerome Rousseau is taking things one day at a time.

The designer’s pink peep-toe leather bootie from his 2014 collection is featured on the new 2016 “Shoes” mini calendar by Workman Publishing Co., along with a contest giving shoe lovers a chance to win a pair of his famous footnotes.

According to Rousseau, his footwear has been featured in the company’s calendars for the past five years. “I receive six calendars every Christmas,” said Rousseau. “Because I’m a shoe designer, people always buy me that calendar.” But many don’t realize that his shoes have been pictured in both the page-a-day and monthly versions of the calendar.

Rousseau said the contest-prize style has not yet been determined — it will depend on the size and color preferences of the winner. “The calendar is a way for me to introduce customers to my brand who may be [future] customers,” he said.

To enter the I Love Shoes! Sweepstakes, consumers can visit Workman.com to print out an entry form. No purchase is necessary, but the entry must be postmarked no later than March 15, 2016. It is open to legal residents of the U.S., Canada and the U.K. The drawing will take place on or about April 2, 2016.
