The Veteran’s Day ClutchFit Drive II is available now in both a low and a mid, with retail prices of $110 and $125, respectively.
The shoe features a predominantly midnight navy upper with red near the midfoot and ankle, and metallic gold Under Armour branding near the heel. Red also makes up the tongue, laces and lining. The midsole is midnight navy and the outsole is white.
The shoe features the brand’s UA ClutchFit upper, which locks in the foot for a stronger fit and feel, a 3D molded tongue for an enhanced fit, Charged Cushioning in its midsole to absorb impact and a multi-directional herringbone outsole for control on the court.
The Baltimore-based athletic brand’s presence in the basketball market was once sparse, but it has been bolstered by the success of Stephen Curry, the 2015 NBA MVP and a member of the NBA Championship-winning Golden State Warriors. The brand released its first signature shoe for Curry, the Curry One, last year and followed up with the Curry Two. The second shoe hit stores in China in September and globally in October.
