Jennifer Lopez Promotes ‘The Boy Next Door’ in Louboutins

In case you missed her this week: Jennifer Lopez has been everywhere, from “The Daily Show” (wearing Kurt Geiger’s mesh heels) to “Good Morning America” (in Giuseppe Zanotti black-and-silver pumps) to “Live with Michael and Kelly” (in pale pink ankle-strap kitten heels) to “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” “The Wendy Williams Show,” and countless screenings to promote her latest film, “The Boy Next Door.”

But her best shoe look to date? That goes to the actress’ turn in Christian Louboutin’s Bandy pumps. J. Lo arrived at “Late Night with Seth Myers” wearing the striped PVC-and-leather shoes, worn with a ladylike look by Christian Siriano. Lopez’ Louboutins took this outfit from demure to downright chic, underlining the star’s recent style transformation from va-va-voom to old-school glamour.

And while the verdict is still out on her latest film endeavor, “Time” has praised it for focusing on (and marketing) a female-driven story — unlike many of this year’s Oscar contenders. The movie follows the consequences of an affair between a middle-aged mom who has marital woes and her 19-year-old next-door neighbor, who has cunning digital mastery — and more than a few screws loose.
