Target and New York-based designer Adam Lippes have just released images of Lippes’ new collection for Target, which will hit stores Sept. 27. The line includes apparel for men and women, accessories, footwear, and home décor.
Lippes’ collection is part of Target’s plaid theme for fall. The retailer is offering plaid items throughout the fall months, including Lippes’ take on Buffalo plaid. Two pairs of women’s shoes — pointy-toe flats and pumps — come in a black-and-white check pattern. The flats will retail for $30 and the pumps will be $40.
Julie Guggemos, Target’s senior vice president of product design and development, said plaid has been important for many generations. “With our increased focus on style, we’re doubling down on offering our guests fun, compelling, design-inspired surprises around every corner by embracing one of this season’s biggest trends, plaid, in a way only Target can.”
