Celebrity Shoe Style: NBA Courtside

Now that the NBA season is over, rookies have been drafted into the league and the Golden State Warriors are the reigning champs, FN takes a look back a this season’s courtside celebrity shoe styles.

Whether it’s at a Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers or a New York Knicks game, celebrities have upped the style ante, often making the pro basketball court into another red carpet.

Rihanna is a frequent floor-seat attendee. This past season, the singer hit a Los Angeles Lakers-Cleveland Cavaliers game wearing Tom Ford sandals.

During the Clippers-Houston Rockets Western Conference Semi-Playoffs, Floyd Mayweather was seen at multiple games. The boxing champion opted for Nikes at Game 6 and all-white low-top sneakers at Game 4.

Top-shod basketball fans also included Kendall Jenner, Khloe Kardashian and Cara Delevingne. The sisters have gone to many games this season together, sporting Givenchy, Sophia Webster and Celine boots.

There were also a few unexpected shoe stars sitting court side during the season, including Mindy Kaling in Jerome C. Rousseau, Alessandra Ambrosio in Pedro Garcia and Mark Wahlberg’s wife, Rhea Durham, in Christian Louboutin.
