For the next academic year, the organization will award a total of $800,000 to 322 students.
“It was W.B. Yeats who said, ‘Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.’ Each year since we started our scholarship program, Two Ten has lit hundreds of fires,” said Two Ten President Neal Newman.
Since its start in 1969, Two Ten has donated close to $19 million in college and design scholarships to almost 6,000 footwear employees and their children.
“The more we grow our unique array of college and professional education scholarships, the more our footwear community thrives,” added Newman.
