Sergio Rossi celebrated the reopening of its Milanese flagship store on Via Montenapoleone with a cocktail party on Thursday evening.
The revamped 646-sq.-ft. boutique mirrors a store concept seen at the brand’s recently opened units in Hong Kong, Beijing, Las Vegas and Miami.
The Milan venue is organized in two different spaces — one decorated with curved displays contrasting with the black-and-white checkered marble floor, while another more-intimate area has dark blue walls. In the latter space, a tanganika wood structure also displays Sergio Rossi men’s shoe collection.
“This space in Milan really exalts the new store concept, which is extremely coherent with our brand identity,” said Sergio Rossi collections and design director Angelo Ruggeri. “I liked the idea of a glamorous space coexisting with a very intimate, boudoir-like area.”
