Danner Boots is heading into fall with a new national media campaign titled “An American Tradition.” It will include three TV commercials — “The Workman,” “The Huntsman” and “The Serviceman.” In addition, the campaign features digital media on major hunt, military and sports websites, in-cinema ads at select military bases and targeted radio and billboard placements. The brand also will advertise in key hunt print media.
The initiative follows the release earlier this month of “The Trembling Giant,” a documentary film produced by Danner Boots, Gore-Tex and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation. It follows three groups of elk hunters at Winterhawk Outfitters in Colorado’s Flat Top Wilderness. Public screenings will take place at locations across the western U.S, hosted by select Danner retail partners, through Sept. 6.
