For Spike Jonze’s latest movie, “Her,” the director has teamed up with the brands Girl and Lakai for an exclusive men’s sneaker, available exclusively at Opening Ceremony in November. The $90 look features a suede upper with movie title branding on the insole and tongue. The red accents on the shoe are inspired by lead actor Joaquin Phoenix’s character in the film. “Her” opens this winter and also stars Amy Adams, Olivia Wilde and Scarlett Johansson.

Kenneth Cole celebrates 30 years in the industry with the launch of a new book. Published by Rizzoli, “This Is a Kenneth Cole Production” spans from the early days in the designer’s career to the present, and includes a look at Cole’s ad campaigns and social activism work. The book has a mobile component, too: If consumers scan a sticker on the book cover, a free mobile app will download and launch both an image and personal message from Cole. Additional pages in the book can be scanned, for access to behind-the-scenes content and videos about the designer and his brand. The book, which retails for $75, hits stores on Tuesday. All profits from the book will be donated to AmfAR.
