Alessandra Lanvin knows how to take a bite out of the Big Apple.
The Aperlaï founder and designer, who was in town for the FN Summit and meetings with clients, made the rounds at some of the city’s foodie-friendly restaurants last week. The Waverly Inn, Morimoto and ABC Kitchen were just a few of Lanvin’s favorites.
“I loved it,” she said of her New York dining experience. “I try to come back to New York as much as I can.”
Laurence Dacade, who also attended the summit, was looking forward to the city’s Japanese fare. “It’s so good here,” she said. “Megu is my favorite.”
Dacade also tries to fit in a Broadway show while in town. “It’s so special,” she said of the New York theater scene. “It’s an exceptional treat for someone from Paris.”
