It was a jam-packed evening for the footwear industry Thursday.
PLV Studio hosted a sunset soiree at its penthouse showroom. Brand executives Scott Home, David Giordano and Lottie Oakley were joined by industry insiders, tastemakers and a familiar face from the small screen: Ryan Serhant, a powerhouse agent from Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York,” made an appearance to check out the space, which had Empire State Building views.

And Aquatalia opened its New York headquarters with a champagne celebration. The family affair drew founder Marvin Krasnow, fashion director Rena Krasnow and her sister, Jodi Krasnow, who heads up the label’s North American sales team.
At a penthouse showroom in Chelsea, Highline United toasted its newest brand addition — French Connection — along with Ash, Jean-Michel Cazabat and the rest of the company’s repertoire. Cazabat himself was on hand to take editors through his latest collection, alonside his fiancé, Tess Wanjugu.
Elsewhere, Chinese Laundry hosted a shindig at its showroom, where Miss Teen USA Logan West, Miss USA Olivia Culpo and Miss Universe Leila Lopes mingled with company CEO Bob Goldman. The brand showcased its spring ’13 product, while guests were invited to visit the manicure table or receive a massage.
