Tucker by Gaby Basora has launched a capsule line of shoes to go with the brand’s fall ’11 clothing collection. The footwear line, produced by Claudia Ciuti, includes four styles of shoes including a pump, a peep-toe slingback, a cut-out leather stiletto and a patent leather d’orsay made with Tucker prints and fabrics. Priced between $364 and $398, the shoes will be sold at Tuckerbygabybasora.com and at Wear in Alpharetta, Ga. Delivery is slated for July 30 and August 30. — Lauren LaDeau

Oh Joy
Children’s shoe designer Layla-Joy Williams has grown up. Williams, VP of branded design at Synclaire Brands, has launched Layla-Joy, a line of footwear geared toward the professional and fashion-forward woman. The collection features 13 transitional pieces for spring ’11 and will roll out into a broader offering for fall ’11. Styles include woven platforms, cream-colored knee-high peep-toe boots, and flats. Other main colorways are gold, charcoal and black. The line is made of leather and suede, and features cushioning and soft fabrics for comfort and leather linings for breathability. The $78 to $220 line is available at Laylajoy.com. L.L.
