Dearfoams has teamed with the World Series of Poker.
The comfort and lifestyle brand has signed on as the official footwear sponsor of the 2011 and 2012 poker events in Las Vegas. (This year’s edition starts on May 31.)
Dearfoams’ logo, signage and slippers will be present throughout the tour. All WSOP main event participants will receive complimentary Dearfoams slippers.
The brand also will launch a consumer promotion in which one winner will receive a $10,000 seat to the 2012 WSOP main event.
Mark Zobel, VP of marketing at Dearfoams parent company RG Barry Corp., said in a written statement, “This is an exciting opportunity for us and a unique way for Dearfoams to reach a broader male audience, who may not be as familiar with our brand as women.”
