Consumers Reveal Their Rainy Ways

Rainboots are pulling double duty these days, as more people also wear them in the snow. During a break in the frigid New York temperatures recently, Footwear News hit the streets to ask young women about their boot preferences. While everyone had at least a pair or two in their wardrobes, the brands varied from no-name labels costing $7 to Hunter and designer looks priced at $150.
