Crocs Inc. announced Wednesday that CFO Russell Hammer will resign from the Niwot, Colo.-based company, effective Dec. 31 of this year. A search for his replacement is underway.
“I want to thank Russ for his many contributions,” Crocs President and CEO John McCarvel said in a statement. “Looking forward, we are excited about both our near- and long-term growth prospects, and I am very confident that the financial team we have in place is up to the task of managing the CFO responsibilities until a successor is found.”
Hammer will take on the role of CFO at another public company in Chicago, the name of which was not disclosed at press time.
