The change, effective earlier this month, places Taylor at the helm of product design, development and innovation on a global scale. She will be based in Boston and report to chief product officer Melody Harris-Jensbach, who works in Germany.
Most recently, Taylor worked at brand management company ONE7 LLC as chief product and marketing officer, and she was credited with relaunching several global product concepts for footwear companies. She has also held titles at Converse, Reebok and Fila.
“The Puma management team has created a visionary platform for the company,” said Taylor. “My goal is to ensure that the very passionate Puma footwear team realizes its opportunity to create the perfect synergy between functional and sport lifestyle products — and to love what they do every day.”
