On Thursday, the brand will bow its first London location, a 1,000-sq.-ft. store on Earlham Street in Covent Garden. Then, later this month, a 1,500-sq.-ft. shop will open in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon. Fly London already has a store in Oporto, Portugal.
U.K. brand manager Ashley Cumming, who is also a partner in the London store, said the new space will stock the brand’s footwear collections for both men and women, as well as the new ready-to-wear line, debuting this fall.
“The U.K. is the No. 1 market for the brand,” Cumming said, adding that the label has 350 retail accounts in the country, including Office, Schuh and Jones Bootmaker.
He also noted that the U.S market, where Fly Clothing is available, is “up and coming.” Montreal-based Bosco is responsible for North American distribution.
