NEW YORK — At the Sole Commerce show in New York on Feb. 22-24, buyers combed The Javits Center in search of brands that will drive traffic and encourage spending in the weak economy. Though some retailers are willing to bring in new brands, many are banking on styles that have a proven track record with core customers. Here, buyers weigh in on their top three brands for fall.
