LOS ANGELES — Taryn Rose announced Tuesday it has named former Reebok brand executive and Lululemon Athletica chief Robert Meers as CEO. Meers replaces Andrew Forbes, who has served in the top post since March.
Meers and his wife, Miriam Kelly, have also taken a stake in the company and will co-manage the business.
“I have admired the vision that Taryn Rose brought to this company and believe that it is a gem that is yet to reach its full potential,” Meers said in a Tuesday press release. “Aside from positioning the brand strongly in the U.S., I look forward to rapid growth internationally.”
As previously reported, founder Taryn Rose resigned from her namesake company in March.
