Charlie Johnson is serving as global creative director, working on efforts such as design, marketing and merchandising. And Chris Ladd has been named VP of global e-commerce, spearheading the company’s global internet business. Both are in newly created positions.
Johnson last worked at Adidas, most recently as strategic project designer. Ladd comes to the company from Titleist and Footjoy Worldwide, where he served as director of interactive marketing and e-commerce.
“A key to our global growth and continued success is dependent upon connecting with our consumers,” Ron Snyder, president and CEO of Crocs, said in a statement. “Both Johnson and Ladd will allow us to do just this by moving toward a more fully integrated customer experience with our products.”
